The Site lets you learn about our mobile auto repair and junk removal services, book an appointment, and get a quote. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request.
Any pricing shown or discussed before an in-person diagnosis or assessment is an estimate only. Final pricing is confirmed after we inspect your vehicle or the items to be removed and may vary based on parts, labor, volume, or access.
Some services require a signed service agreement before work begins. The terms of that specific agreement govern the work performed and take precedence over these general Terms for that service.
Submitting a request or booking does not guarantee scheduling. We make reasonable efforts to confirm appointments promptly.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. This does not limit any warranty specifically provided in a signed service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honest & Affordable Auto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
